Arrow warning trailer – solar

The arrow warning trailer – solar is used to optimise the traffic flow on the roads, to reduce the chance of traffic jams and to increase the safety of road workers and motorists in case of e.g. calamities or roadworks, which may require a change of a lane. With the help of the arrow warning trailer, a workflow is created that ultimately leads to a better traffic flow.

Being in-use throughout the year

Preferably an arrow warning trailer can be in-use throughout the year without using external sources. For this our arrow warning trailer – solar is equipped with a carefully composed energy package consisting of the following components:

An energy-efficient LED arrow consisting of 12 alternating lamps
Three 150 Wp solar collectors, with a sum total of 450 Wp
A battery pack with six 230 Ah batteries
An efficient solar charge controller

This composition of components creates an energy reserve that allows our arrow warning trailer – solar to provide green energy throughout the year and can therefore function as a stand-alone without using external sources.

Our arrow warning trailer – solar is silent and low-maintenance during use, which offers advantages for application in densely populated areas. Ultimately, you save a lot on annual fuel- and maintenance costs.

To ensure a long stand-alone time the arrow warning trailer is equiped with three solar panels

Produced in accordance with CE, EC and CROW regulations

Our arrow warning trailer – solar is completely produced in accordance with CROW directives, guaranteeing the quality of e.g. the reflection, emergency control and hydraulic components. Furthermore, do our arrow warning trailers have an EC type approval for the axles and suspension, which makes it possible to apply for a registration number in all European countries, and a CE marking, which ensures that our arrow warning trailer complies with all relevant European legal requirements.

Our arrow warning trailer – solar can be delivered with a chevron display. A chevron display is used in situations where one of several adjacent lanes must be cordoned off and where the emergency lane is accessible to motorists. Like our arrow warning trailer, our chevron trailer can be set to direct to the left and right.
